SHELTON
THIBODEAUX
Shelton started
his working career in the construction business and
did so until moving to Horseshoe Bay in 1980. He founded
RE/MAX Horseshoe Bay Resort Sales Co. in 1988 with
partner Jim Rowe.
Shelton
specializes in Horseshoe Bay Resort real estate properties
and works extensively in waterfront properties and
has been a leader in sales numerous years in the past.
Shelton enhances his Horseshoe Bay real estate sales,
with sales of area ranches and has listed and sold
numerous large ranches in the area.
In 2005, Shelton became the first Realtor in Horseshoe
Bay Texas to become a "Certified Luxury Home
Marketing Specialist." Shelton has also become
a "Senior Real Estate Specialist." Shelton is also a member of the "Million Dollar Guild."Shelton has been
married to Jennie for 30 years and they have three
children, all graduates from Texas A&M. He enjoys
his leisure time by flying private aircraft and restoring
classic cars.
